The goal of the Deal Doctor is to first understand your deal and then provide a diagnosis. This is similar to a traditional doctor visit. You know something is just not right. You have symptoms: turn down letters from banks, no responses from investors, etc. However, you're not quite sure why you are having these symptoms. Deal Doctor's team of professionals can quickly analyze your deal and advise you what needs to change in the deal. We can go a step further by referring you to the right "specialists" i.e. funding source(s). Moreover, we can actually step in and function as your representative on the deal. This can include us making necessary modifications to your deal package and being the ones that interact with the funding sources on your behalf. Our fees get progressively higher based upon the amount of involvement we have in your deal.
